Shipping, Returns & Refunds

All products purchased from Moo Two Designs are available to you via digital file downloads. Therefore, as no physical product is dispatched to you, no shipping fees are charged for these downloads. Due to the nature of the product, refunds will not be provided for trivial reasons, such as I have changed my mind. If, for whatever reason, you should download a product that is damaged in any way, (i.e. the download files are corrupted), please notify us immediately. We will then test the files for their validity and you will be provided with a further opportunity to download a new copy of the product. If you have any trouble downloading products, please contact us at admin@mootwodesigns.com. Please Note: We do not reset orders that are older than 6 months old.

As a store we do not have the facilities to process credit/debit card transactions. However we do use PayPals Secure Payment Gateway for all our transactions which gives you the option of either paying for your purchases using funds that you have in your PayPal account or using PayPals secure Credit Card processing system if you wish to do so.
